Materials
Safe Route materials are sourced from within the UK and selected to allow quick supply and efficient use. They allow the products to maintain their modular functionality whilst retaining their inherent protection and stability.
The mild steel frames are polyester powder coated which protects against rust and prolongs the life cycle of the product. The frames are connected by interchangeable, brandable, fire-rateable (BS 476 Part 22) composite boards. The fire rated boards are sealed with specialist mastic to improve fire integrity and smoke ingress provention.
The materials are lightweight and the modularised components require a maximum 2-person lift. Erection involves a minimum of work at height, and can be completed by unskilled operatives. The magnetic light system is simple to install, and the infra-red heating is low on energy consumption and minimises condensation.
